Bill Gates says Microsoft's Project Natal motion-sensitive controls coming to Windows

Microsoft will bring gesture recognition to Windows as well as the Xbox 360. Bill Gates has said Project Natal, which we saw demoed at CES, could be rolled out across both platforms within a year.  

Gates says depth-sensing, motion-tracking cameras will come to PCs, gaming devices and televisions. Gates said: "For media consumption as a whole and even if they connect it up to Windows PCs for meetings, collaboration and communication."

Gates also weighed in on the debate over Google's Chrome OS. He said: "You should make them be concrete about what they're doing. When Google does anything it gets this – the more vague they are, the more interesting it is."
