Vodafone has confirmed that they'll be flogging the all–new
BlackBerry Storm for free when you sign up for a £35 a month contract. That means they'll be undercutting Apple's deal for the iPhone 3G, which you can currently gget for the same monthly price, but only if you pony up £99.
The Storm, which was officially laucnhed today and will hit shelves in November, is vying for the same touchscreen crown as the iPhone, with up to 16GB of storage, a better camera, video shooting and Flash support.
At that price, RIM and Vodafone is banking on punters heads being turned by a cheaper price and a phone that can do all the business gubbins too.
We'll be getting our hands on one soon, so keep it locked for video and an unboxing soon. While you wait, make sure you have a peep at
our first impressions blog, with stacks of pics!
