Intempo has just rolled up with a rugged new DAB, the WorkMate. Billed as the ultimate way to listen to the footie or average indie tunes while you’re doing a spot of DIY, the new wireless clocks in at a penny shy of forty quid.
For that, you get 20 presets for storing your favourite stations, a ‘pure black body with zest orange accents’ (seriously, don’t ask us) and great portability seeing as it runs on four AA batteries.
While it won’t see off top–notch competition from the
Pure Evoke Flow, it’s really meant as a handy addition to your vast DAB collection. Plus it’ll look good stashed on a shelf in your shed.
