LG Mini – does what it says on the tin
LG has unveiled what it is claiming to be the smallest, slimmest 3.2-inch touchscreen handset on the market, fittingly called the LG Mini.
More specs are expected closer to launch, but we do know that the Mini will pack a 5 megapixel camera, 3G and Wi-fi connectivity, A-GPS, video capability and FM radio into its skinny metal shell.
As we've come to expect from most new handsets these days, there will also be a strong emphasis on social networking, with built-in Facebook and Twitter apps, a Social Network Feed on the homescreen and updates next to contacts in the phone's Social Address Book.
And as for looks, don't expect any buttons on this handset – the 16:9 touchscreen goes right to the edge of the phone meaning this probably won't be a handset for you prefer your hard keys.
LG has promised the Mini will deliver all this at a "reasonable price", but we can expect to hear exact pricing and full specs nearer to the phone's April launch.
What do you think to the dinky handset? Give us your thoughts below.
