Steve 'Woz' Wozniak, the cuddly hippy who co-founded Apple with Steve Jobs, is to appear on America's version of Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing with the Stars.
Woz will take on 80s pop temptress Belinda Carlisle, professional jackass Steve-O, Bond girl Denise Richards and rapper Lil' Kim on the ABC show, which begins 9 March.

After designing the homebrew Apple I computer in the mid-70s, Woz designed the incredibly popular Apple II. However, he didn't have much to do with the Macintosh project, and eventually left Apple in 1987 (though he is still officially an employee and shareholder).
Since the mid-80s, Woz has thrown his considerable weight behind a number of projects, from launching the first universal remote control (the snappily titled CL-9) to developing location-based services (with the more inspiringly named Wheels of Zeus - or WoZ).
Wosniak is also a Polo player and music festival organiser, but nothing on his resumé suggests he's an experienced dancer. All the more reason to set our torrents to 'stun'.
