FPS

(1) Frames Per Second. A measure of the number of still frames captured each second by a video camera, or the speed at which video players can play content. Cinematic cameras capture 24fps and decent video players will display at least 30fps.
(2) First-Person Shooter. Computer game genre in which you view the world through the eyes of the main character. He’s usually holding a gun.
