Microsoft will be offering a standalone 250GB hard drive for its Xbox 360 console from next month.
Hitting shelves on 16 April, the hard drive will give gamers a bit of extra space for storing all the extra content you can now get through your 360 console.
The hard drive was previously only available in bundles with the Xbox 360 Elite console, but will now be available to pick up separately, after going on solo sale in Japan in February.
UK gamers will be able to pick up the extra storage for £79.99, which will come complete with data transfer cable for offloading content from your built-in Xbox hard drive.
Does this new mean we can expect to see the current 120GB Xbox 360 external hard drive phased out in the coming months?
