We want this delicious chocolate quadrotor to fly straight into our mouths
Minus the blades of course
We love quadrotors as much as the next gadgeteer, but we’ve always felt they were missing something. They’ve never been edible. Until now.
For no reason other than the fact that they could, a sweet-toothed YouTube couple took it upon themselves to create the world’s first fully flying, edible quadrotor, made almost entirely of chocolate.
1,100 grammes of blended white and dark chocolate to be precise, carefully poured into a foam mould and left to harden, before the necessary electronics and blades were strapped onto it.
Utterly pointless? Yes. But extremely delicious? Almost definitely.
Now all that’s left to do is to patiently waiting for the chocodrone version 2.0, in which strawberry shoelaces replace the wires, while Curly Wurlys are used for the blades.
We’re extensively researching the d̶e̶l̶i̶c̶i̶o̶u̶s̶n̶e̶s̶s̶ structural integrity of these materials now, and will report back shortly with our findings.
