JBL has unveiled its most advanced headphones yet at CES 2025, the Tour One M3, featuring a groundbreaking innovation – the JBL Smart Tx audio transmitter.

Designed to deliver an unparalleled listening experience, the Tour One M3 combines cutting-edge sound technology with seamless connectivity, redefining wireless headphones for music lovers, gamers, and frequent travellers.

At the core of this innovation is the JBL Smart Tx, a compact, touchscreen transmitter that connects directly to USB-C or analogue audio sources, such as inflight entertainment systems, TVs, or gaming devices. This transmitter establishes a direct wireless connection to the headphones, improving latency, stability, and call quality. It also provides full control over playback, call management, and EQ settings.

Impressively, the transmitter enables audio sharing with an unlimited number of Auracast-enabled devices, making it ideal for group entertainment.

The Tour One M3 features newly developed 40mm Mica Dome drivers, delivering deep bass, balanced mids, and crystal-clear highs. Whether streaming via Hi-Res Bluetooth or a lossless USB-C connection, the sound quality is exceptional.

For a personalised experience, the updated JBL Personi-Fi 3.0 allows users to create custom hearing profiles through an enhanced 12-band EQ and L/R balance optimisation.

Movie and gaming fans will enjoy JBL Spatial 360, which transforms any content into an immersive, cinematic experience with head tracking that locks sounds in space for added realism.

The headphones also include JBL True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0, which uses an advanced 8-microphone system to adapt to external noise in real-time. For calls, JBL’s adaptive beamforming technology ensures crystal-clear voice quality, even in noisy settings.

Designed for comfort, the Tour One M3 features soft, noise-cancelling ear cushions and a lightweight frame. With up to 70 hours of playback and fast charging, they’re ready for long-haul use.

Available in Black, Mocha, and Blue, the Tour One M3 with the SMART Tx transmitter launches on the 15th of April, 2025, for £379.99. A transmitter-free version will be available for £329.99.
