Angry Birds Friends takes off for phones and tablets
Rovio's Facebook-focused fowl-flinger goes mobile on iOS and Android devices

Angry Birds developer Rovio has revealed that its Facebook-focused game Angry Birds Friends will soon be catapulting over to iOS and Android.
Differing slightly from the existing Angry Birds games, Angry Birds Friends features competitions and tournaments where you can compete against your friends for daily rewards and gifts.
The Facebook version has already been downloaded 60 million times, and attracts 15 million monthly active users – so it’s no surprise to see it being rolled out to a wider audience.
There’s no word on a concrete release date as yet, with Rovio only stating that the game would be out “soon,” and that it would be available on both tablets and smartphones.
