Carbon fibre and titanium Porsche Design BlackBerry P’9981 revealed at Harrods

We get up close and personal with the even classier Porsche-designed BlackBerry smartphone at Harrods

BlackBerry has revealed a one-of-a-kind carbon fibre and titanium-clad Porsche Design P’9981 BlackBerry at this evening’s Harrod’s technology launch party.

Apart from the difference in materials (the original P’9981 has a stainless steel shell) the specs for the 1.2Ghz processor-powered executive smartphone remain the same.

Sadly there’s no word on a price tag yet, but given that it’s a one-off example, it’s safe to say that you’d probably have to sell off a car or two for the deposit alone at least.

Check out out Porsche Design BackBerry P’9981 hands on review and video review.
