Casio introduces lucky 7MP Exilim

Our faces always light up at the sight of a new Exilim, and we were beaming again this morning when another model from Casio strolled through the door.
The EX-Z70 was easy to spot, as he looks identical to the rest of the range – the classic black aluminium finish, rounded corners and silver lens are all present and correct.
Unlike the other models, the new version features a 7.2MP sensor, which will take bigger snaps than the recent 5MP EX-Z5, if not the poster-sized prints produced by the 10MP EX-Z1000.
Sensor aside, it’s the usual Exilim story – there’s an ‘easy mode’ for beginners, anti-shake tech, 3x optical zoom and a ‘best shot’ function, which is a kind of burst mode for capturing fast-moving objects.
You should be able to grab an EX-Z70 before your hol too – it’s out at the start of July for £230. Go to Casio’s site for info on stockists.
