It seems like the trend for grafting gert big lenses on teeny tiny compact cameras is continuing apace. Shots of the Fujifilm F70 EXR have been spotted across forums and blogs internet wide.

It promises a 10MP snapper with a 27 – 270mm lens with other rumoured features include mechanical image stablization, a VGA video mode (which would be slightly disappointing).

A model know as the S200FS, a follow up to last year’s looks-like-an-SLR-but-isn’t Fujifilm Finepix S100FS is also rumoured to be on the way.

Both models are said to be set for a September launch but there’s been no word from the megapixel mavens over at Fuji yet. We’ll just have to wait and see.
