HTC One X software update tweaks Sense ahead of Jelly Bean injection
Treat your trusty One X to a well-deserved software update while waiting for the sweet sugary goodness of Jelly Bean
HTC One X owners can look forward to what could be the last Ice Cream Sandwich update before the One X is infused with Android 4.0 Jelly Bean.
The new software update will bump One X handests up to the latest version of Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4, as well as adding a smattering of tweaks to the Sense experience, including the ability to map functions to the recent app key, as well as a dedicated tab switching button in the browser for serial multitasking surfers.
Shutterbugs will also notice improvements to white balance settings and continuous autofocus in the camera app, and memory, stability and Beats Audio improvements should have your One X motoring along nice and smoothly.
There’s still no official word from HTC with regards to a Jelly Bean update for the HTC One X or HTC One S, but we’ll be keeping our keen eyes open for the latest news, as always.
