Sony’s new line of Bravia TVs that we first covered back in August has finally hit the shelves.

First up is the 40in ZX1, a Full-HD LCD panel which at a razor-thin 9.9mm may get lost in your wallpaper, but is sure not to crowd your front room. It promises fewer wires too, coming with a separate media receiver which beams an HD signal to the screen.

Then there’s the Z4500 – the new Motionflow 200Hz model, promising smooth motion and a slick picture all round with its inbuilt IB Reduction tech to reduce motion blur. Sports fans and gamers walk this way.

If neither of those tickles your fancy, then you could always splash £3,489 on the tiddly XEL-1 – Sony’s 11in OLED TV which is only 3mm thick. Or the more moderately-priced 40in EX1 ‘picture frame’ LCD TV with wireless HDMI for £2289.
