White House petition supports Death Star construction

Would anyone care for a planet-destorying behemoth that'll cost quadrillions of dollars to build? Yep, we thought as much

An official White House petition supporting the creation of a Death Star has been filed at its website, allowing any US citizen with a craving for some humungous explosions to sign their name in support of the important cause.

Naturally the request was filed by an ordinary citizen as opposed to a government official, but with 21,500 signatures (and counting), it’s clear that there are plenty of budding Sith Lords out there willing to get rid of a planet or too.

Check out the official petition here, which we’re sure you’ll have no hesitation in signing immediately. You monster you.
