Would you buy this Apple iWatch?
New iWatch concept render shows what we could expect to see from Apple's mysterious tech timepiece
Mobile strategy company Sourcebits has designed the most complete iWatch concept render we’ve seen so far, and it’s showing it off on an interactive site that at first glance could be Apple’s own.
Featuring an elasticated fabric strap, Sourcebit’s iWatch concept features a wide miniaturised Retina Display along with an optimised iOS 7-like interface.
Apps include Maps for wrist-mounted navigation as well as Messages and Siri. Oh, and it tells the time too.
Not just a pretty face
The concept iWatch’s specs match that of the iPad Air, iPad Mini with Retina Display, and the iPhone 5s, with an A7 and M7 co-processor running the show.
microUSB 3.0 (which we’ve seen on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3) is also present, along with Bluetooth and the ability to connect with Nike+, Flex and UP fitness apps, as well as sharing information with Mac OS X.
And of course, it’s available in white and space grey, and you can even configure the watch face and strap colours.
What the real iWatch will look like remains a mystery, but you can check out everything we know about the iWatch so far right here.
